Agoult, Hector Philippe comte d' (1782-1856),
French diplomat, 1814 secretary at the Spanish embassy, where he at times acted as chargé d'affaires until 1818; then stationed in Hanover, Stockholm and The Hague. 1827-1831 envoy extraordinary and minister plenipotentiary to Berlin.
