Bismark, Friedrich Wilhelm, from 1816 Graf von Bismark
(1783-1860),
Württemberg diplomat, general, and writer; lifelong member of the Kammer der Standesherren from 1820, envoy to various courts while retaining his command of a cavalry brigade. 1821 –1848 accredited in Karlsruhe as legation representative, from 1825 to 1845 envoy extraordinary and minister plenipotentiary in Berlin, Dresden and Hanover.
